Warranty Policy

We stand behind the parts we fit and the work we do. This page explains exactly what our warranty covers.

Coverage duration

Most repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and the labour. Where a part manufacturer offers a longer guarantee, we pass that longer period on to you. The applicable period is written on your invoice at the time of repair. We do not offer a "lifetime" warranty.

What is covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the parts we installed and faults caused by the workmanship of the repair. If a part we fitted fails under normal use within the covered period, we will repair or replace it.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage after the repair (drops, cracks, crushing, bending);
  • new or further liquid damage;
  • software issues unrelated to the repair;
  • damage caused by another repairer working on the device after us; or
  • normal wear, such as gradual battery capacity loss over time.

How to make a claim

Bring the device and your original invoice to our Boring Road counter, or contact us first by phone or email if you used our mail-in service. We will inspect the device and, if the fault is covered, repair or replace the part.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer named on the invoice. It does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
