These terms govern your use of the GeoSpid Solutions website (geospid.in) and the repair services we provide from our Boring Road, Patna location. Please read them before using the site or booking a repair.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or handing a device to us for repair, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

We are an independent repair provider and are not an authorised service centre for Apple, Samsung, or any other manufacturer. We diagnose and repair phones using original or aftermarket parts, and we tell you the grade of part before fitting it. We may decline a repair we judge unsafe, uneconomical, or beyond our capability.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the website and in our guides are starting estimates. The final price depends on your exact model and the parts required, and is confirmed after a free diagnosis and before any work begins. You approve the quote before we open the device.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the repair unless agreed otherwise in writing. For mail-in repairs, courier charges for pickup and return are paid by you and confirmed before dispatch.

Your device and your data

You are responsible for backing up your data before a repair. While most screen, battery, glass, and charging-port repairs do not require wiping your phone, you accept that any repair carries a risk of data loss. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of data) arising from a repair or from use of this website. Our total liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Patna, Bihar.
