Third-party parts

Unless you specifically request and we can source original (OEM) parts, we use high-quality aftermarket parts. We always tell you the grade of part before fitting it. Repairs using third-party parts may affect or void a manufacturer's warranty.

Data loss

We are not responsible for the loss of data. Please back up your device before bringing it in for repair. For water-damaged or non-powering devices we will discuss data and recovery with you before starting.
